They called it a racing move, I agree.
I would have liked to see the rookie win it but that was a nasty corner and nobody wanted to give an inch to get through safe. I do call Rossi for pushing to hard yet if Wickens gave that inch he would have finished second.
It's racing and SB himself said that it was consistency that made the win possible, he never said he won it. [Reply]
The HONDAS dominated the race today in St. Pete. Graham Rahal was the biggest surprise of the race finishing second after starting last! I feel bad for rookie Robert Wickens being taken out by Alexander Rossi's move into turn one on the final restart. It would have been awesome to see him win starting from pole in his first IndyCar race. [Reply]

Team Carpenter sucked today but Jordon King did lead a few laps, I stepped away and suddenly he was like 3 laps down. I need to see if both cars finished.
You know Rossi was told to make that move and trying to go inside there was a mess all day. I hope Wickens GF kicks him in the nuts over it. It was a fair racing move but deep down he knew the odds were against him finishing if it failed. [Reply]
I burned those shorts. They were suffering wallet fatigue.
She's racing for Carpenter, I need to behave myself. I doubt it is in good taste for me to ask why Ed Carpenter gave her a ride. I'd like to see the check GoDaddy wrote to make it happen. I already sense that it's more important that she leave in dignity, than to leave with a proper burial, so to say. INDYCAR like NASCAR does't want to lose it's female fans. We will morn the #13 car as it will probably be a total loss after the race.
She overall has done more for women getting involved in racing than any person or organization. My girls don't give a **** about the sport but they will watch the race until she's taken out. You have to admit she has been a draw to INDYCAR. NASCAR, maybe not so much. Even I don't watch that shit unless they turn left and right. :-):-):-)
I have to state this (and it like a "Mission Impossible" tape will be deleted about 5 seconds after it's read) Danica has had a better career with heavier odds stacked against her than most. There are a long line of drivers who's career's had 0 INDYCAR wins. She did get a win in INDYCAR along with a handful (7) podium spots and 3 poles. Anything NASCAR was a failure with 15 top 10's out of 250 races and only 1 top 5. 0 trips to the podium.
There were others sent back into the minor leagues never to be heard from again, Where she, because she was the "girl" amongst, the boys stayed in the big leagues, being able, somehow, to go back and get GoDaddy to open the checkbook, must show that she is not as much of a bitch as we all thought.
I hope GoDaddy is on the hook for a new car when she makes the highlights of post 500 accidents.:-)

I said she "She did get a win in INDYCAR along with a handful (7) podium spots and 3 poles"
But you are wrong, she has never won a pole outside her rookie year.
FYI
Patrick's first career pole position at the season's eighth race at Kansas Speedway, She took two more pole positions at Kentucky Speedway and Chicagoland Speedway. [Reply]

you reposted yourself from the last couple of years [Reply]
cooper barrett - In NASCAR she won the pole for the Daytona 500 in 2013. First women to ever win a pole in NASCAR. You talked about what she did in NASCAR but forgot this DP fact. [Reply]

Are you pissing up a rope? You posted she won the pole at indy, something of merit, but she didn't.
Then you tell me she won a pole in NASCAR, I'm sorry I overlooked something that doesn't mean shit. Set a speed record it's news for 15 minutes.
FYI she also led the first lap by a vagina at Daytona... Doesn't mean shit, she did however finish in the top 10 so probably a great day for a Danika fan. I assume you are or you wouldn't be busting my balls of things that don't mean shit.
It means something when you're on this list:

my understanding is that they don’t know how it’s going to effect racing. There were several spin outs that normally don’t happen on that part on the track. Both vets and rookies made the mistake. Everyone blamed the downdraft with the cars being changed this year. Drivers will adjust.
It made the field have more parity. You got 3 wide racing on the track this year. No one remembers that ever happening in the 15 years of the race. Everyone here that follow Indy close are saying it’s going to make for better racing. [Reply]
