Well their ratings had a bit of a revamp a few years ago, IIRC. Now they have a lot fewer players actually make it into the 90s ratings.

Tyreek at 97 is pretty good. I think they have John Ross at 98.. having them at that speed leaves room for someone faster to come along, I suppose.

And Smith at 84 is solid. That's exactly what he is. I think it's a good rating. At absolute best I'd give him an 86.

Smith has solid accuracy that I've seen so far in online play. The problem is his low throw power. I can't get it deep to Tyreek even when he has steps on the db.. Alex just consistently underthrows him. I tried Mahomes out, and he just overthrows everyone lmao.
