Yeah, it seems like an obvious win for SPchief until you get to the last line.
I think the bow is useless in his situation. I don't think you can really detonate the arrows without taking your own hand off, so I think it ends up being a bludgeon fight of a guy in handcuffs against a guy not in handcuffs. [Reply]
I'm leaning KCWolf just because I think trying to handle a bow and explosive arrows while handcuffed is likely to result in SPchief blowing himself to hell.
