Other than those 40 Hours of Family sick I have used a total of about 5 sick days in 33 years.
Thank you to this thread! I took a mental health day and went shooting. Got my new deer rifle sighted in and ready to go.
At my company it's pointless not to use your sick time. I have over 800 hours accrued sick time that the company will pay out at retirement but only at 10%. I am going to make a point of using my sick time from now on. [Reply]
