1. Evaluators are anxious to see #Alabama safety Deionte Thompson at today's pro day. There were concerns about his weight coming out of the combine (195 vs. 180ish in season). His speed/weight has left his overall report up in limbo for some teams.
CG-J can do it all as a safety: tackle, blitz, cover deep as a single-high, great in man, excellent in the slot. As versatile as Adderly without the wear and tear.
Worth it at pick #29 AFAIC. [Reply]

Which could very well be Omenihu, though Ferguson will be a rotational guy IMO with his remedial quickness.
that's true; but I think we can extrapolate a little from what they've done in Free agency. [Reply]

When it comes to the 1st round pick and beginning with the Dorsey Era KC has put a lot of emphasis of their decision on standout players in the Senior Bowl .
Which is the reason I've been harping on Omenihu and Sweat. [Reply]

Sweat doesn't seem to fit the size they're signing; and for all his ridiculous athletic measurables, the tape doesn't show a dominant player. Probably moot point as he'll be gone before #29. He's a 3-4 rush end, I think.

Omenihu I like although his tape is uneven.
I quite like Zach Allen and Winovich.
I included Montez because the Chiefs met with Sweat as part of their 60 allotted interviews at the Combine [Reply]
