It’s a joke that some pundits are trying to brush this off and not attach it to Belichick at all. This entirely has to do with football operations as it is filming an opponent in an attempt to get an illegal competitive advantage. These assholes continue to do it after having been caught on multiple occasions and now the public has some evidence to see in plain sight. The Pats built a culture that obsesses over gum wrappers littered in the stairwell. Bellichick is an OCD level of control freak. But of course this "contractor" was doing a ton of things rogue without his knowledge. Listen to Tedy Bruschi "scold" them. He can't and won't ever admit that their success was in any way tainted by Spygate and now this (and whatever other video taping shit has been going on since Spygate)
