Y'all want to ride with Smith for another year or give Morris a chance? Because there's probably several good to decent prospects who likely will be there when the Chiefs pick.

I don't know man. He didn't even get an invite to the draft, but Latham did.

That's odd and could be telling.

He has some bad technique and tiny hands for an OT. Every major board has Fautanu ahead of him. He's not going to be a top-10 pick. The question really is how far he'll go out of the top 10. I still feel like New Orleans is the end-point. Would Seattle pass with Abraham Lucas having issues? I can't fathom Cincinnati will pass.

2700 posts in the WR thread vs 240 in the LT thread.

Before signing with Green Bay, Dillard took a free agent visit to the #Chiefs, per source. Kansas City needs tackle help, which it could find in the draft. https://t.co/jrmSQlw6Mx

If Bahktiari was just healthy...that would fit perfectly.

Looks like no contract for Smith?

My one and only mock draft.

It's historic. It's incredible. It's 32 picks of bliss.

Go ahead, tell me why I'm an idiot (but please read it first, no old reasons)https://t.co/KumCz3N2oT

29. Kansas City Chiefs
TRADE: Nos. 32 and 131 to DET for No. 29
Pick: Tyler Guyton, OT, Oklahoma

The Chiefs love offensive lineman from Oklahoma, including Creed Humphrey and Orlando Brown Jr. Guyton could be GM Brett Veach’s latest foray from the Sooners, stepping in to be the stalwart at left tackle for Patrick Mahomes. After signing Marquise “Hollywood” Brown, Kansas City’s clear need is protecting Mahomes’s blindside.

I love Verderame but Tyley Guyton is not a stalwart LT lol...

How?

We already knew the Chiefs are signing a vet OT at the very least.

That wouldn't bother me at all. Relatively cheap trade-up cost to get a pretty good OT prospect. I could live with that.

Most thought Donovan Smith was the guy they’d call but it wasn’t. Probably bc he’s become a broke dick as he ages and Veach has avoided those types.

I’m with Dante. Leaning OT now. Just too good of a tackle draft to sit on the sidelines

How is the Dillard visit any different from the Dobbins one?

Would love it if this was like the Dobbins visit and being used as leverage to get Big Don (or Becton) back in Kansas City. https://t.co/bgexoW61AM

Not saying Smith will definitely be back, but Dillard visiting and signing elsewhere, doesn't mean he won't be.

God damn I'll be furious if we draft Mitchell. I don't know much about how to scout players and don't know shit about running routes, but one thing I am totally against is using a 1st or 2nd round pick on guys that didn't have at least one really productive season. Mitchell's only had 1 decent season and in that season 399/845 yds (47%) came from just 3/14 games. Outside of those 3 games he averaged 40 yards per game.

Also Mahomo is obsessed with him which tells me he's gonna suck.

Pick 15 is Indianapolis and they have 7 picks in the draft. They need CB & TE.

Pick 16 is Seattle and they have 7 picks in the draft. They need IOL & DL.

Pick 17 is Jacksonville and they have 8 picks in the draft. They need Edge & CB.

Then pick 18 is Cincinnati and they need OT. 15-17 might be the sweet spot they would aim for here.
