Nobody outside the proven stars have "earned" anything. That's some Dick Vermiel type of thinking.

God forbid Mahomes gets hurt but Henne was a talented QB in college and at times had his moments in the NFL. I for one would be excited to see what he could do under Andy. Hes more talented than Moore and Daniel for example and both of those guys had some success from a W/L point of view.
