Also , as far as DROB there's a lot to be said about having players in your system that have been there for several years. You look at our offense and how much of it is in 2+ years of Reids system. Nearly everyone except Hardman.

The whole thing is stupid anyhow. One guy can play through the injury, one guy is only going to be gone a month for the dick pills and the one that's gone for the year fuckin' sucks anyhow.
