They're really betting the house that he learned a ton under reich. It ain't playcalling because he doesn't have the experience. But for a guy with this OC inexperience.... His mentors have been Todd haley, Romeo, Mike mccoy. Not exactly guys who taught him how to run a locker room.
But who knows. Chris Ballard and reich thought highly enough of him to bring him in. [Reply]
