Gold Gloves. Elite (all-time) defense (and yes, that mattered JUST AS MUCH to the 15 Royals) and clutch hits. Ended up bringing almost the exact same value to their teams, too.
It seems pretty on point to me. I understand your argument if you feel great defense at 2B is inherently more valuable than defense in LF, though.
