5’8 180 for years. Then about 3 months ago I got promoted at work. No more on my feet all day. Now I sit on my ass behind a desk all day and I’ve gained 16 pounds.
So yes, I’m either fat or rapidly approaching it. :-) [Reply]

Depends on what you think of as fat. I’m 51, 6’4 and 215. I think I’m in pretty good shape, but I suppose that’s debatable. And yes, I care as I watch my diet and i excercise regularly. [Reply]
I'm down 70-75 since March 2017 and feel great. I want to lose the last 25 pounds and I'll be ripped. Close to under 200 for first time in 16 years.
Where did you start at?
Diet? Exercise? Or Both?
I'm only 5' 7" and weighed 274. I looked like a pumpkin with a head on it. I don't look 200 as I have a big, wide chest and 36" waist and a flat bony ass. I don't have any loose skin so happy about that. [Reply]

You're just taking in too many calories.
I'm not trying to be that douche giving weight loss advice online, but just think about reducing your portion sizes. Eat whatever you'd normally eat, just less of it. You'll be hungry at first but that's OK. After a while the smaller portions will become more filling and you'll see the weight start to come off. You legitimately don't even need to set foot in a gym to lose weight. [Reply]
