I graduated High School 5'10" and whopping 140 lbs. I don't think you can get much skinnier. Went to boot camp and came out 20 lbs heavier after 8 weeks.
I stayed around 160 until I turned 30. Crept up to 180 through out my 30's.
After turning 40 I continued that slow climb until I matched my current fighting weight of 200 lbs. at 57 years old. I think the perfect weight for me is about 185. So I am on a quest to drop the 15 lbs. [Reply]

If genetics are any indication, I'd just get skinny fat to the point that I look like a skinny guy who's 20 months pregnant... I've been +10-15 pounds before, so not a huge deal, but noticeable enough to want to do something about it. [Reply]
No and yes. But at 5’11” I typically can fluctuate +/- 5 lbs around 172 lbs just sort of depending on the diet but being in shape it doesn’t really matter much. Being that we like to indulge at times we have found that the key is to weigh ourselves every day to avoid complacency with eating bad day after day. [Reply]

It is the truth. It was changed so that school lunches could get healthier options. But we starve kids in the process. A 6-4 football player gets 3 chicken tenders a 3oz scoop of potatoes or vegetables and an apple. Yeah, that will fill him up until practice. [Reply]

And then the kids just fill up on junk food after school.
One size fits all philosophy rarely works. [Reply]

That’s not entirely true. I can’t sprint that quick, but I do run a 7 minute mile. [Reply]
