Lower 30's - 5'10.5'', 171 lbs. Used to weigh 195 when I was 23. When you don't work out, you lose weight. I sit on my ass all day. Not sure how people get fat? I mean I'm fatter, but skinny fatter. [Reply]
It took a long time to figure out, but I eventually learned that I gain two pounds per year like clockwork. It's happened pretty consistently since I was in college. So I have to occasionally push back on it.
6-0, 190 here. At 182 I'm svelte as a panther, but at 190 I have a gut. [Reply]
Uhhh... according to the BMI I'm 'overweight' with a BMI of 25.1... even though I'm less than 10% body fat. My 32 inch pants insist I'm not fat.
So... yeah. I'm 'overweight' at six foot and 185 pounds because I have a few mid sized muscles.
That's what you get when you use a chart created during the great depression.
According to the same chart Justin Houston is obese.
They (Michelle Obama) have changed the BMI scale to a point that anyone that is not an anorexic teenage model is considered obese. But yet the 'researchers' say that being skinny is unhealthy. So we starve kids by portion control. [Reply]
