The mainstream media conveniently manipulates the flow of information to keep with its liberal agenda and this week we have yet another example; widespread coverage involving the gruesome murder of a young Maryland man omits that most of the suspects are illegal immigrants affiliated with a violent criminal gang. The 21-year-old victim’s body was found at the end of July in Towson, a community of about 55,000 located roughly 11 miles north of Baltimore City. Police said the victim, Daniel Alejandro Cuellar, was found lying near an apartment building with “trauma to the body.”

This week seven suspects were arrested and charged with first degree murder for Cuellar’s death. Baltimore County authorities published the information along with the names and mug shots of each individual. It is easy to conclude from the look of the mug shots and the accompanying names that the suspects are all Hispanic, though immigration status is not mentioned in the county bulletin. The arrested are identified as 20-year-old Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, 20-year-old Marlon Leonardo Fabian-Flores, 18-year-old Edwin Edgardo Garcia-Martir, 31-year-old Hugo Portillo-Chavez, 19-year-old Joe Fausto Rivera-Coreas, 20-year-old Odaliz Rosas-Yanez and 16-year-old Leonel Alexander Velasquez-Hernandez. All seven are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center and face life in prison if convicted.

The recent arrests received quite a bit of news coverage, from newspaper and radio outlets to local affiliates of national television networks. They variously rehashed the crime and cited the medical examiner’s determination that Cuellar was killed with multiple sharp force objects. One national news headline reads: “Seven People, Including Juvenile, Charged With Murder After Body Found Near Towson Apartment.” Another, published by a local outlet, simply says “Seven Charged In Baltimore County Murder.” None of the coverage bothers to mention the pertinent information regarding the suspects’ immigration status and confirmed affiliation to a famously violent criminal gang that operates all over the United States. This seems to violate the tenants of journalism, which include accuracy, fairness, objectivity and impartiality.

We only know this essential information about these Baltimore suspects because a conservative news outlet bothered to do some real reporting. In a story appropriately titled “Media blackout: At least 6 illegal aliens charged with brutal murder in Baltimore suburb,” the Conservative Review reveals that, unlike other media outlets, it actually contacted Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to find out if the agency had detainers on any of the arrestees accused of murdering Cuellar. ICE confirmed that six of the seven are illegal aliens—five from El Salvador and one from Mexico—in the agency’s system and members of the Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), long designated as a transnational criminal organization by the U.S. government. Last year ICE removed nearly 6,000 gangbangers from the country, including 1,332 MS-13 members, according to agency figures. It marked a 24% increase from the previous year.

Local governments, like those throughout Maryland, that offer illegal immigrants sanctuary make the task more difficult. The suspects in this case should have been turned over to federal authorities long ago, but like a growing number of municipalities, Baltimore County offers illegal aliens sanctuary. Back in 2017 Baltimore County Executive Kevin Kamenetz issued an order prohibiting county law enforcement officers from asking suspects about immigration status or cooperating with federal agents to deport illegal immigrants who commit local crimes. Only three Maryland counties cooperate with ICE and Democrats are trying to pass broad legislation to make the entire state an official sanctuary. Along with the District of Columbia, Maryland is one of 12 states that offer illegal immigrants driver’s licenses, according to the National Conference of State Legislatures. The others are California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Vermont and Washington.

Six of the seven people charged Tuesday in an July killing are members of MS-13, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials say.

Of the six, five are Salvadoran and one is Mexican. All of them are in the country illegally, ICE spokeswoman Kate Pote said in an email. All six are identified in ICE gang databases as members of MS-13. After their arrests, ICE placed detainers on them.

Pote said she could not provide further information, citing privacy concerns.

Baltimore County police arrested Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, Marlon Fabian-Flores, Edwin Garcia-Martir, Hugo Portillo-Chavez, Odaliz Rosas-Yanez and Leonal Velasquez-Hernandez in connection with the July 31 stabbing death of Daniel Cuellar.

Velasquez-Hernandez is 16, but is being charged as an adult in the case. He waived his rights and spoke to county police detectives at an ICE office in New Orleans, according to charging documents. He said he participated in surveillance that led to Cuellar's murder, police said in charging documents. Police said he pointed himself out in video surveillance footage.

All remain held without bail. Police believe Cuellar was the intended target of a planned murder, but the motive remains under investigation

MS-13, or La Mara Salvatrucha, was formed in Los Angeles in the 1980s by refugees from El Salvador and is linked to many slayings in certain parts of the U.S.

In July, four teens were indicted in the brutal beating death of 14-year-old Ariana Funes-Diaz. Prince George's County police said the teens were afraid she would alert authorities to an April gang-related kidnapping in Washington, D.C. In May, ICE sought to take custody of the two MS-13 members allegedly involved in the slaying.

President Donald Trump has singled out the MS-13 gang as a threat to the U.S. and blames weak border enforcement for the group’s crimes.

MS-13: ILLEGAL ALIEN GANG MEMBERS HACKED, STABBED MAN TO DEATH IN MARYLAND

TOWSON, MD (WBAL) – Seven people are in custody in connection with the July murder of a 21-year-old man in Loch Raven Village in Towson.

The 11 News I-team has learned the killing is gang-related.

According to investigators, the victim made a hand gesture associated with a certain gang, and a rival gang killed him because of that.

A small memorial now marks the area where Daniel Cuellar died.

“Multiple people stabbed him multiple times. We know from the medical examiner that the trauma caused to his body was knife wounds,” Officer Jennifer Peach, of the Baltimore County Police Department, said.

According to police charging documents, the weapons used were a machete and a smaller knife. Police said this is not a random act of violence, but neighbors we spoke with are still worried.

“I don’t think anybody can tolerate that, and I think it is a threat to all of us as a citizen, county resident, you know,” resident Donald Matulonis said.

Police picked the seven suspects as they headed south in Mississippi.

Their names are as follows:

-Jonathan Escobar-Hernandez, 20..
-Marlon Leonardo Fabian-Flores, 20.
-Edwin Edgardo Garcia-Martir, 18.
-Hugo Portillo-Chavez, 31.
-Jose Fausto Rivera-Coreas, 19.
-Odaliz Rosas-Yanez, 20.
-Leonel Alexander Velasquez-Hernadez, 16.

All seven have been charged with first-degree murder, including Velasquez-Hernadez, who as been charged as an adult.

On Thursday, a spokesman for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed six out of seven have detainers.

Officials said of the six, five are Salvadoran, one is Mexican and all here illegally. Officials have identified all as MS-13 members in ICE gang databases.

Witnesses last saw Cuellar alive at a 24-hour laundromat. Surveillance footage from the laundry captured images of the suspects and their vehicle. The suspects had been following the victim.

Court papers detail a chilling and callous motive gang violence. Prior to the murder, the victim had been seen making a hand gesture affiliated with the 18th street gang. This gang is historically associated with an area in Honduras.

Court documents indicate because Cuellar made a rival gang hand gesture, a decision was made to kill him.

Police said the suspects attacked Cuellar when he stepped in front of his apartment building to smoke a cigarette.

“Yeah, it’s pretty disturbing, even though this is Towson, this is a very tight-knit community in the Loch Raven Village area. You still hear sirens and everything all the time, but when something happens so close and as violent as that is, it’s pretty disturbing,” resident Vince Carchedi said.

All the suspects are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 20.

I have no idea why these illegal alien criminal scum are allowed to invade while politicians wag their finger and look down their nose at law abiding citizens to obey the law. Politicians are liars by nature and this thread was created to point out the hypocrisy of "they're all just here for a better life" bullshit and make people more aware that this is an actual life threatening problem.

Teenage runaway sexually assaulted, stalked by illegal alien

SAN ANTONIO - A 20-year-old man is accused of taking sexual advantage of a teenage runaway – and then stalking her and threatening her father’s life.

Noah Condido Guana, 20, was arrested on sexual assault of a child charges.

The victim said she had originally met Guana at church a few months before she ran away.

After running away, the victim was discovered by Guana’s mother at his home back in February, and returned home. The victim told her father she had sex with Guana several times after running away, according to court documents.

According to police records, the victim told a detective that Guana had picked her up when she ran away and took her back to his home where they smoked marijuana and had sex.

The victim’s father was able to get a friend to contact Guana’s mother – and let her know the girl was a juvenile. Guana’s mother said he had lied to her about the victim’s age, so she returned the victim home.

After the victim returned home, Guana began stalking her. He showed up at her home numerous times, trying to convince her to leave with him. According to records, Guana repeatedly contacted the victim through social media – as well as through phone and text. The contact was so frequent, the victim’s father was forced to block him. But Guana would not give up. He then began using numerous phone numbers and accounts to contact the victim.

Guana then told the victim that he could have her father killed if he wanted to, according to police records.

That was the final straw for police. That was when they issued a warrant for Guana’s arrest.

489 Illegal Immigrants With Criminal Offense Records and Detainers Released From North Carolina Jails: ICE

489 Illegal Immigrants With Criminal Offense Records and Detainers Released From North Carolina Jails: ICE

In July, The Epoch Times reported that during the previous 18 months, more than 331 illegal aliens were charged with 1,172 child rapes and child sexual assaults, according to data collected by an independent researcher.

James Johnson, who tracks the data on his website NCFIRE.info (North Carolinians For Immigration Reform and Enforcement), said he is only able to gather data from 30 of the state’s 100 counties, which means it’s likely the statewide count is significantly higher.

Johnson has tracked rapes and sexual assaults on children by illegal aliens since 2013, using original police reports and calling arresting agencies to verify immigration status. For the 54 months he collected data, illegal aliens were charged with 151 counts of rape/sexually assaulting a child in North Carolina.

CHARGE: ILLEGAL ALIEN RAPED, IMPREGNATED 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN WISCONSIN

RACINE — A Racine man accused of raping a 12-year-old girl who later gave birth was arrested Tuesday after being wanted for more than a year, according to court records.

Lorenzo Bernabe-Lucas, 29, of the 600 block of 13th Street, faces a felony charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13.

Bernabe-Lucas allegedly raped the then-12-year-old two or three times between May and July 2017, according to the criminal complaint.

The girl gave birth to a baby last March. A DNA test reportedly found Bernabe-Lucas to be the father and a warrant was issued for his arrest two days later.

Bernabe-Lucas made an initial court appearance Thursday, during which a $50,000 cash bond was set, records show. He remained in custody at Racine County Jail on a hold order as of Wednesday afternoon, records show.

The charge of first-degree sexual assault of a child under 13 carries a maximum sentence of 60 years in prison.

He is next due in court for a preliminary hearing 8:30 a.m. Sept. 11 at the County Law Enforcement Center, 717 Wisconsin Ave.
