Somewhat surprising, TN had 4 big FA this year; Henry (RB tagged) Tannehill (QB signed), Ryan (DB unsigned) and Conklin (OT gone now).

You can't be fine with keeping him if he wants Aaron Donald money.

This is a sliding scale. My point is this draft has insane talent and if you get a high enough pick replacing Jones with a rookie contract is a no-brainer.

You can say hey what if that draft pick busts? Well if so, you're out a rookie contract.

What if Chris Jones destroys his knee? You're on the hook for an Aaron Donald contract with no production.
