I don't see the point in signing numerous middling free agents to avoid being awful. Just tank and stockpile talent.

Keep an eye on:

Adam Eaton (late)
AJ Minter (if you can stash a closer, I think he’s the one to stash)
Lucas Giolito (changed his arm slot, velo creeping back up)

I'm living in your head.

I didn't say to not use statistics. I said I wasn't going to waste my time(for you) on going through the endless amount of baseball statistics over a 4 year period with multiple people. You might have that much free time. I simply do not. And it makes baseball boring.

Simply put, if you can't see how Alex's offensive production, as evidenced by his oWAR declining from 5.3 in 2011 to 2.1 in 2015 as him declining offensively, I don't really know what to say. His bat has always been his biggest liability. And FTR his oWAR has further declined into negative territory.

You live in my head in the same way I remember epic fail gifs. You’re the moron in the back yard who slips and falls and wracks his balls, then claims he meant to do it.

Make no mistake, you clowned yourself on this thread when you didn’t have to. You doubled down on ignorance, and everybody in this thread laughed at you. Mocked you.

Now run along, sonny, and let the adults discuss baseball.

Or we could pretend that Gordo didn’t miss 60 games in 2015 to help his point.

The mental gymnastics is at another level. Anyywho.

Well, jeez. Someone got suddenly serious about a poor player. Call down Homer. You're butt buddy in safe in Kansas City. No one else wanted him.

Is there anyway we can get lucky enough that Ned will make Escobar a back up in fielder instead of starting SS this year? Mondesi NEEDS to play. EVERY FUCKING DAY. It's time.
