I am a girl, so it works out in my favor, but man, the eyes begin to well just thinking about the boys FINALLY going to the Super Bowl.
I may just watch this game at home, with no one except my dog, and even then I may put her doggy day care just so she doesn't have to witness my emotions on Sunday...Good or Bad.
Anyone else bringing the kleenex to the watch game? Anyone else watching this game alone? [Reply]

And based on our recent history, the Chiefs don't even have to play as well as they did in the last 3 quarters of the HOU game. They only have to play about 80% of that. It'll be 20 times more shocking if we don't win this game.
The game that scares me, and the one that will probably make me cry, just like I did when the Blues won last June, is winning the Super Bowl. Especially if we win against the 49ers. That's the only team left that scares me. The only team that I think can play with us toe-to-toe and beat us if we make even one real mistake. We beat them and I'll need a couple paper towels for all the tears.
If it goes the way it should, us manhandling them and wining by 20, Ill be crying in the 3rd quarter, and that what I want ! :-) [Reply]
RIGHT after the game I'm supposed to meet my wife and closest friends at a resort...if we don't win I'm going to be poor company...and maybe ****faced. To make things even riskier, the friends are bandwagon Broncos fans. They'd better keep their yappers shut if this turns out badly. [Reply]

It didn't happen unless you post a video. just sayin' . . .
But I'll be close if it works out that way as well. [Reply]
Knowing all the family, friends that loved the team, and knowing that some of them are not here in this life to see another chance at the ultimate goal? Yea, that makes me a little bit emotional.
Those are things I miss and the people I will think about when we win.
Saw the highlights of the Texans game yesterday- hadn’t watched it since seeing the game live and got pretty emotional watching Pat lead that comeback. Something about that kid’s heart and (obviously) ability just got to me... possibly due to lack of sleep with a 5 month old. Yeah definitely that! [Reply]
I'm watching the game all by my lonesome. If there were others around that were as invested as me I'd actually enjoy the company but I'm in the wrong demographic.
