In the protocol, but the focus now is more on the neck than concussion itself apparently

Reid said Okafor is getting better and Sammy's issue is more of a neck strain than a concussion. Hopefully we'll see him out there tomorrow or saturday at the latest.

If you enter the game with only Okafor down, you can’t ask for much better than that. Now, Watkins is the huge caveat, but I’m leaning toward him playing for now.

That means that DE Frank Clark, CB Antonio Hamilton, CB Charvarius Ward and RB Darrel Williams are likely to work in some capacity.

Same here. Remember, he has a lot of incentives in his new deal, and one of them was games played I believe. If he can play, he’ll be out there.

About the best we could’ve expected.

I like Okafor, but I’m not too disappointed if he’s out. Taco, Danna, and Kpassagnon are more than capable.

The only thing I'll say about Okafor is this:

During the Ravens game last year, he REALLY stood out as a guy that consistently set the edge and helped contain Jackson. Hopefully the other guys are up to the challenge because it was the one game last year where Okafor really shined.

That's good news on Sammy if it's more in his neck than his head... doesn't sound like it is a concussion even though he is in the protocol.
