Definition of Incoherence:

in·co·her·ence
[ˈˌinkōˈhirəns, ˈˌinkōˈherəns, ˈˌiNGkōˈhirəns, ˈˌiNGkōˈherəns]

NOUN
the quality of being illogical, inconsistent, or unclear.
"difficult questions that expose the incoherence of their policy" · [more]

inability to speak intelligibly.
"she descended into stammering incoherence"

See Donald Trump.

Despite the large Caravans that WERE forming and heading to our Country, people have not been able to get through our newly built Walls, makeshift Walls & Fences, or Border Patrol Officers & Military. They are now staying in Mexico or going back to their original countries.......

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 11, 2018

.....Ice, Border Patrol and our Military have done a FANTASTIC job of securing our Southern Border. A Great Wall would be, however, a far easier & less expensive solution. We have already built large new sections & fully renovated others, making them like new. The Democrats,.....

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 11, 2018

....however, for strictly political reasons and because they have been pulled so far left, do NOT want Border Security. They want Open Borders for anyone to come in. This brings large scale crime and disease. Our Southern Border is now Secure and will remain that way.......

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 11, 2018

.....I look forward to my meeting with Chuck Schumer & Nancy Pelosi. In 2006, Democrats voted for a Wall, and they were right to do so. Today, they no longer want Border Security. They will fight it at all cost, and Nancy must get votes for Speaker. But the Wall will get built...

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 11, 2018

....People do not yet realize how much of the Wall, including really effective renovation, has already been built. If the Democrats do not give us the votes to secure our Country, the Military will build the remaining sections of the Wall. They know how important it is!

Trump just said that he knows ROK better than anyone. He then said that Seoul has a population of 38 million...

Well, in his defense, he is BFFs with Kim Jong Un.

South Korea kicked our asses in testing, and their curve has flattened; meanwhile, well...Trump fiddled for 4-5 critical weeks...

Guess we just aren't as good as South Korea...at least regarding testing...

Put another way, South Korea’s testing rate for coronavirus is more than six times that of the American rate. To catch up, Kates noted, American labs would need to perform 2.24 million more tests — not an insurmountable task, but definitely a lift.

It’s not just the number of tests performed, either. Researchers have stressed repeatedly that the timing of when the tests were run is also a big part of the equation. Both nations reported their first cases on the same day, Jan. 20.

In the entire month of February, American labs ran fewer than 1,000 coronavirus tests, per the volunteer COVID tracker. (Government health officials had begun sounding the alarm in January.)

By Feb. 29, South Korea had completed more than 55,000 tests, with almost 30,000 awaiting confirmation, for a total of more than 80,000 tests performed.
So, during the key time in trying to contain the spread, Trump's policy was....we got this under control--we are doing a really good job--it'll go away--April is warm, it'll be gone...

The facts clearly say otherwise...

Come on, Dong...he's only off by 28 million... :-)

My daughter says he's become an absolute joke over there...

She's currently in Seoul, as an exchange student; her university tried to bring her back at the end of February, so we signed papers absolving the university of any responsibilities. She's attending classes (on-line for now, of course) at Yonsei; they were quarantined for 2 wks, but because of their testing...are now pretty free to roam, within reason of course. Having a great time, except missing out on their "college" experience...heck, she's better off there, than many places here at the moment.

She's learned more about ROK in 6 wks than Trump will ever know...

My niece was just there, exchange student through a State Department program. They were supposed to be there for a year, but brought them back 4 months early.

We had to jump through some hoops, but she got to stay. In retrospect, best decision given the circumstances. Your niece like it too? My daughter is seriously considering living there for a couple of years, before settling down back in the U.S.

She did like it. She'll be starting George Washington University in DC in the fall (lot of assumptions there) and wants to work in the State Department eventually.
