An immigrant living in the U.S. illegally, who was deported twice before, has admitted to sexually assaulting and then strangling a woman from Jersey City.

Jorge Rios-Doblado, of Jersey City, pleaded guilty to one count of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree aggravated sexual assault related to the death of Carolina Cano, 45, of Jersey City.

The incident happened in the early morning hours of March 24, 2019 at Lincoln Park. Cano’s body was found in a lake at the park.

If convicted, Rios could face 30 years in prison.

Cano came to the U.S. from Peru and was working as a live-in nanny. On weekends, she lived elsewhere in Jersey City with roommates. Her roommates previously told News 12 that she would often go for Sunday morning runs in Lincoln Park before church.
Hyphenated last name crime. Again.

Too bad they can't do something more proactively to suppress these animals!

Imagine the media lies and spin on that:

"Racist & Bigot White Male Attacks Innocent Immigrants at Wal Mart"

If not verbatim that's pretty close the libtard spin (lies & propaganda) they would come up with for the story.

He'd have to rethink that. He's not President Trump, he can't do the 5th Ave thing, and Wal-Mart might not be the best place to more proactively suppress animals like that guy.

Trump Invites Granddaughter Of Elderly Woman Allegedly Slain By Illegal Alien To White House

During an address at the White House on Friday, President Donald Trump invited up on stage the granddaughter of a 92-year-old woman allegedly raped and murdered by an illegal alien.

Trump hosted members of the National Border Patrol Council at the White House on Friday to speak about various immigration issues. Throughout his speech, the president touted a number of accomplishments his administration attained, such as reduced border crossings, record prosecutions and other achievements.

Near the end of his speech, Trump invited on stage Daria Ortiz — the granddaughter of the late Maria Fuentes. An illegal alien allegedly raped and murdered Fuentes in New York City in January, and her death has since sparked a national debate on the consequences of “sanctuary” policies.

“I’d like to take this moment that my grandmother was very generous and educated. She was a woman who dedicated her time to taking care of others,” Ortiz said, noting that her grandmother, who was born in the Dominican Republic, previously worked as a secretary for the president of her native country before emigrating to the U.S.

WATCH:

“She’s a shining example of when people come legally to this country, work hard, and do the right thing, and are law-abiding citizens. My grandmother raised her children and her grandchildren, while working hard, to give us a future,” Ortiz continued.

“Unfortunately, my grandmother had to be the example of why something like this horrific crime should never happen,” she added.

Fuentes was walking outside in New York City in January when she was allegedly attacked by Reeaz Khan, a 21-year-old Guyanese national living in the U.S. illegally. Surveillance footage showed what appears to be Khan approaching Fuentes on the night of her attack, the two falling out of view behind a vehicle, and minutes later Khan is allegedly seen running away. Fuentes was later rushed to a hospital, where doctors discovered her to have broken ribs, a fractured spine, internal hemorrhaging, and tears into her vagina. The 92-year old woman ultimately died of her injuries.

As it turns out, this was not Khan’s first run-in with law enforcement. He had been previously arrested in November 2019 for allegedly assaulting his father. While in local custody, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) lodged a detainer for Khan, asking authorities to hold on to him so they could make an apprehension.

New York City, however, refuses to honor most ICE detainers, and authorities released Khan back into the public where he later allegedly killed Fuentes.

President Trump Delivers Remarks To National Border Patrol Council Members

Ortiz, fighting back tears, recounted the story Friday. The woman said the system “failed” her family, but she hoped her grandmother’s death would spark action against “sanctuary” policies.

“Our family’s hope is that her death was not in vain, and that preventative measures are put into place to ensure that nothing like this ever happens to anyone ever again. The tragedy in all of this is that is could have been avoided had their been no sanctuary law,” she said. “The tragedy is my grandmother is never going to be here again.”

“The man that is responsible for this should never had the opportunity to do this had his multiple offenses not been ignored. The system not only failed our family, but it failed our city,” Ortiz continued. “Our family would like to thank the administration for acknowledging my family’s tragedy and extending their concerns at this tragic time.”

ILLEGAL ALIEN CHARGED WITH FATAL STABBING IN NEW JERSEY

Javier Ramirez-Jimenez, 48, is accused of fatally stabbing another man in Elizabeth on Feb. 14, 2020.

The man accused of a fatal stabbing last week in Elizabeth near an auto body shop began to cry when his family left the courtroom Wednesday after his detention hearing.

Javier Ramirez-Jimenez, 48, was charged with reckless manslaughter after authorities say he fatally stabbed 67-year-old Carlos Ariza on the 500 block of Elizabeth Avenue. Authorities say the two men, both from Elizabeth, were having a heated argument inside a parked car around 11:45 p.m. last Friday just before Ariza was stabbed.

Ramirez-Jimenez entered a not guilty plea in Superior Court of Union County in Elizabeth Wednesday and agreed to remain detained. He struggled to stand up to be sworn in during court, so much so, that the judge allowed him to sit.

His supporters in court included his sister, brother-in-law and some friends. They declined to comment to NJ Advance Media outside of the courtroom.

John Kean III, a public defender for Ramirez-Jimenez, told Superior Court Judge Lara DiFabrizio that his client was consenting to be detained since he is wanted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE.

“In light of the ICE detainment that was filed on him, we had a thorough discussion,” Kean said in court. “We understand that should he be released from here, he’ll be going into ICE custody anyway.”

Carlos Ariza

A vigil was set up in front of an auto body shop in Elizabeth for Carlos Ariza , who was fatally stabbed on Feb. 14, 2020.

A vigil set up in front of the auto body shop for Ariza featured small mementos like toy trucks and empty cans of Coors Light. A poster board with notes written mostly in Spanish included messages like, "I will miss you,” and "I love you so much.”

Two men inside the ashop said Ariza worked there from time to time.

“Carlos was very good,” said one man, who mostly spoke Spanish. “[Never had] problems with customers.”

NJ Advance Media obtained an affidavit of probable cause in the case which detailed what police investigators allege happened during the night of the crime on Feb. 14, Valentine’s Day.

Authorities say a security guard at a bar across the street from the auto body shop was tending to a woman who was bleeding from her palm. A second security guard was keeping Ramirez-Jimenez separated from a group of people who were standing near a white Nissan Pathfinder, police say in the complaint.

Police say they learned that Ariza was inside the auto body shop and saw a wound in his abdomen. He then collapsed to the floor and was transported to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said.

Jimenez-Ramirez and another person, whose name is redacted from the complaint, were taken to Trinitas Hospital and later transported to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office for questioning.

A person, whose name is also redacted in the court document, was taken to the Elizabeth Police Department and interviewed by its detectives. The person told police they observed someone, whose name is also redacted in the complaint, push Ramirez-Jimenez to the ground, police said.

The person provided a cellphone video he recorded of the incident, police said. The video shows Ramirez-Jimenez at the driver-side door of the Nissan with blood visible on the vehicle and the ground.

Ramirez-Jimenez made several contradictory statements but admitted there was a physical altercation between him and a person, whose name is again redacted, inside the vehicle, police said.

Someone brandished a knife inside the car, but the affidavit is unclear about who held it. A struggle for the knife inside the car spilled outside, which resulted in the woman being cut on her palm.

Ramirez-Jimenez told authorities he struggled for the knife, and then Ariza was stabbed in his stomach, police said.

His next court appearance is scheduled for March 26.

A juvenile court official said a staff attorney dropped the case before even going to the judge. The courts weren't able to comment specifically on this incident, since it involves a juvenile. Clarke said she was told her accused attacker was found incompetent to aid in his own defense because he has an IQ of 49.

:-)
