Troy Franklin WR Oregon is by far one of the most overrated WR prospects in this class IF you consider him a 1st Rd/Top 40 pick.

-1.61 10 yard split (WORST at combine & the ONLY split above 1.6) -Only 7 contested catches (t-121st NCAA)
The reality is, he's a DAY 2 prospect who has some upside. He is not a lock WR1/2 in this league.
