Wasting the #31 on a guy that isn't even going to suit up at his natural position is an outright waste of time, talent and resources.
That's a move great teams make in the 5th, 6th and 7th rounds, not #31 overall.

They wasted 32 on a RB last year. Wouldn't hurt to have more talent on the OL.

The guy would have been a 1st round pick if not for his injury. He'll definitely play somewhere.
They could end up with a similar deal on Walker Little this year.

If they can get Little at a similar value, that would be awesome.
Kiper has them taking Little at #31. I have to admit, I'm not fond of that idea at all.
