BREAKING: DT Gerald McCoy has been informed by the Bucs of their plans to release him after nine seasons. The team decided not to pay him the $13-million salary he was owed for 2019.
When we bitched at Clark and told him to learn how to start playing the game, we didn't mean "pick up contestants for the next 'The Longest Yard'- movie. [Reply]

Imagine spending your entire 9 year career with a franchise, playing above average for most of it, and coming away with 2 winning seasons and 0 playoff appearances lmao.

Jeez I realize it was the money so they let McCoy go then sign Suh who will play like Sue in the regular season. I dont see Todd Bowles lighting a fire under Suh nor do I believe this is a Bruce Arians type guy. What the hell they thinking. [Reply]
I’m actually excited to see what Saunders can do. That guy is athletic AF
We can have both. McCoy can play any position on the defensive line. At least he used to be able to. I would rather not have any guy play every snap on the defensive line, we need to rotate. I absolutely don't want a rookie playing every snap. A rookie needs to come off the field and get coached every so often.
Why do KC fans constantly say stuff like "you can't have a pro bowler at every position" or "we are good enough at xxxx". That mindset must change. There is nothing wrong with going over-the-top and being absurdly talented at certain positions. That takes the pressure off of the rest of the team. That's how you win a super bowl.
It's impossible to have too many good defensive linemen. Just like it's impossible to have too many good cover guys. [Reply]
Replacing McCoy with Suh is NOT a credible way to build a team, at the very best it maintains the status quo... and that franchise clearly needs more than that
