I tried to eat LJS for the first time in decades a couple years back. Yuck.
Fortunately, I've found several places here in Phx that are way higher quality and not much more expensive, like Oscar's Pier 83, Pete's, Slapfish, Maryln's, and Taylor's Chowder House. Pier 83 is my go-to these days, mostly due to geography. [Reply]

About 30 years ago a co-worker took me through the drive-thru. i don't like fish so just ordered hushpuppies. The combination of beer and hushpuppies made me a walking Hazmat danger zone. I believe I had to burn my underwear as they were unfit to put in my luggage for the trip home. [Reply]
