We have the DA saying a crime has been committed but no charges can be filed because they don't know "whodunit." We have a pretty incriminating audio tape suggesting Hill, a man with an abusive past, abuses his child. We have a DA that reopens the investigation after the release of a tape he didn't have before making his statements.
Not only with the DA's initial statement could you tell something was being covered up, but now you have to be some kind of stupid to say that the parties involved have been fully cooperative during the investigation.
