I was married just a few short days after 9/11. I booked flights and hotels to Hawai'i and since the tickets were non-refundable, we decided to go on our honeymoom.

Outside of the captain and crew, we were the only people on the plane, both outbound and inbound.

It'll likely be similar for you next week.

Did you have sex on the plane?

Yep. I flew to Chicago a few days after they resumed flights after 9/11. 777 with about 15 people on it. The FA asked if I wanted anything to drink, and I said no. She came back with four bottles of gin and a can of tonic...

No because there were still Flight Attendants checking on us periodically.

The nice part was that we were able to sleep well on the flight because we could each have a center row all to ourselves.

Apparently those in the KC Metro area, particularly Johnson County, Ks are taking this seriously as the rate of new cases is really, really low and has been for a while now.

That's a good thing

Has the majority of the growth in the state been over towards St. Louis then I'm guessing?

Yup.

It seems nation wide we might be able to come in under the estimates but areas like Long Island and select areas of Cali and Fla will still be hit hard...

That is good news. Bad news is they had 19 deaths in the last 24 hours but as they say deaths are the last lagging indicator.

It’s becoming obvious that being poor is the biggest cause of a bad outcome with the coronavirus. As it spreads to the rural areas, will we see a spike in deaths?
