This is one of my favorite games. Very different from the original three in terms of presentation and gameplay but still awesome. In all actuality, I think it got better. It was much less arcade-y and button mash-y.

This is the 2018 release on PS4 that has garnered like every GoY award, many "game of the generation" awards, and for some, they see it as the GOAT.

The very first one from the PS2 was more like a Devil May Cry, action adventure puzzle game oozing with edgy 13 year old boy content. I loved it, but this new one looks much more grounded.

Just beat . Mind is blown so far. Just one of those rare games that has it all. Incredible graphics, cinematic presentation, tight 3rd person action mechanics, and a classic father-son story. A true 10/10 experience thus far.
