Makes sense to have the low cap hit this year. If you don’t use the space, you just roll it over anyways to 2020. If you do need to use it, it could be critical for the trade deadline this year.

AKA Pat Peterson or a WR if someone goes down there.

Maybe it was a Sutton vs Spags thing. I think Sutton wanted pass rushers to try and alleviate pressure off the DBs.

Or who the fuck knows what Sutton wanted to do.
