This is surprisingly a little challenging. When you legalize prostitution, demand goes up. So we're actually seeing human trafficking increase in countries where it's made legal. I don't have much issue with legalizing it. But it's one of the unintended consequences. There's some misperception that legalization means less trafficking because it's aboveground.
