Is there any sense in thinking Trey Smith could move back to LT in the NFL? He was highly recruited as a LT coming out of high school. He was excellent as a LT in his first years at Tennessee. He was moved to G because he missed time with medical concerns. Could he slide back to his old position in the NFL? [Reply]

No. He doesn't have the lateral agility and foot speed to play the edge in the NFL. Not a chance.
I've seen talk in some circles as a 1st rounder as a guard but I don't think that's a thing for him. If not for the blood clot issue, maybe. Day 2 somewhere, but I'm not so sure he's that great of a fit for a zone scheme. More of a power scheme player to me. [Reply]
I just did Profootballnetwork’s mock draft and their setup is more fun than TDN’s, with the inbound trade options. Plus, it’s kind of cool to get another set of player rankings and write ups.
@Direckshun, after you do 100 TDN mocks, do 100 PFN mocks and let’s see who we have the best odds of getting :-) [Reply]
I've been thinking about doing some sort of average of 10 or so boards to see where it comes out. Maybe tomorrow or something. The rankings are so all over the place and some players look way out of line on various boards. [Reply]
I guess Nixon has fallen out of favor, as he is more commonly available in the late 2nd. Works for me.
