QUITTING:
1. Under no circumstances is quitting allowed. If a game is suddenly ended between users, there needs to be photographic evidence that a connection was lost or servers went down, otherwise quitting will be assumed on the part of the player losing that game at the time. If it is proven that the connection was lost, the game will restart unless a player was winning by at least three scores at a given time or two scores in the 4th quarter. In this case, a force win will be granted to the user who was leading.
2. Quitting vs. the CPU is easily visible as the league schedule shows how many times a game has been started. If the servers go down vs. CPU, photographic evidence must be provided or quitting will be assumed.
3. FIRST OFFENSE: Player who quit will receive a force loss for their next 4 regular season games. SECOND OFFENSE: Player who quit will receive force loss for their next 8 regular season games. THIRD OFFENSE: Player who quit will receive force loss for their next 12 regular season games. Any further offenses will result in another 12 force losses.
TRADES:
1. Any trade must be cleared here in this thread before execution. This is purely to ensure that CPUs are not being manipulated as well as to discourage salary cap issues if too many trades are being made by a player. Failure to comply with these trade rules will result in a force loss for the player’s next regular season game and a reset of the trade assets.
GAMEPLAY:
1. No WRs used at TE.
2. No nano blitzing.

Nano blitzing is the cheese guys use that are typically in the top 5%. Basically creating a free rush every single snap by confusing the A.I. of the offensive lineman presnap. It IS defendable, but it's a real pain in the ass. Basically exploiting a flaw in the game rather than playing the game correctly.
Also, nano blitzing was a HUGE problem in previous years of Madden. This year it's not nearly as prevalent anyways. [Reply]

Yep. That’s why you always see the dudes who compete at world title tournaments on NFLN using them. It’s like steroids used to be in baseball, everyone does it at that level and if you don’t—you’re screwed. [Reply]

That's a good analogy.
I do gotta laugh when I watch those guys using the same 3 plays all game and they're championship level players. It's all about cheesing the game to them. I always bait those guys. I act like I didn't notice what they were doing the first couple times, then the 3rd time I force the turnover.
One thing I pride myself in is playing the game right. I've never once used cheese plays to win in my 20 years playing Madden. [Reply]
Project we are doing this weekend is going to take Saturday and Sunday instead of just Saturday so I am going to be out of town and will miss the draft. [Reply]

We could push this thing back forever and somebody would have something come up each week. If it's any consolation, the CPU doesn't do a bad job of drafting a team. What if it was Sunday night instead of 11am does that make a difference for turtle? [Reply]
Just do it at the time you've already set. Pugs is right, its going to be damn near impossible for 9 people to have their schedules align for the amount of time its needed to draft. [Reply]
