The MRI has confirmed the #Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes suffered a dislocated kneecap, but not significant additional damage, sources tell me and @JamesPalmerTV. He’ll seek additional opinions to be sure. The plan is for him to return this season after a brief absence.
Honestly, even if they went 0-4 they are still balls deep in the playoff picture and the fact they play better on the road than at home might be helpful to be a WC team :-)
But I think they'll snake a win somewhere and still be over .500 at the bye, which is perfectly fine.
The team will be fine and hopefully healthy coming out of the bye to run the table. [Reply]

I've seen it here several times, but I'm not nearly 'hip' enough to hear it day to day. [Reply]

Oh it's positive. Matt Moore's arm is shot, but this year is anything but over.
The AFC being weak this year is a blessing for this team. Worst case scenario, they play on the road in January and they seem to be a better road team. That's a perfectly fine worst case scenario. [Reply]
