Gruden and Mayock know their chances of winning the division are close to zero competing against Mahomes, but they can make the playoffs.
This team has a good OL, really good back and a pretty good, but not great starting TE. However their WR’s are complete garbage. Zay Jones and Tyrell Williams suck, Agholor can’t catch and their only real weapon is that small white slot receiver with the receding hairline.
Carr, Mariota or whatever shit bag QB is under center will have to score points, so they take the best weapon available.
