Hy-Vee is the latest grocery store to announce a limit on meat purchases at all of its locations.

Effective today, shoppers who visit the Midwestern grocery chain will be limited to four packages or a combination of fresh beef, ground beef, pork and chicken.

"We have product available at our stores but due to worker shortages at plants as well as an increase in meat sales, customers may not find the specific items they are looking for. Because of this, we are going to put a limit on customer purchases in the meat department," the grocery store said in a statement.

Who does business inside of a bank?

I haven’t seen the inside of a bank in decades.

All the salons opened up with social distancing. I was able to FINALLY get a haircut today. My last one was the 2nd week of January. That was one hell of a pile of hair, knocked the hippy right off me. When I went in, the first thing they did was take my tempeture with one of those ear tempeture things, everyone got the treatment. After that, I was home free. Out of the 30 gals in the salon, I think there were only two with masks and out of the customers, probably three.

It actually felt like a pre-covid haircut.

Good luck. For some reason no one seemed to think this mattered much yesterday and that it wouldn’t really change much.

If I were you, I'd be stocking up on Soylent Green. You'll need it.
