Thanks Tampa and Rams because they've both traded picks I have pretty much nothing to do for a while. That Watkins trade looks pretty bad now that he's a chief WR. Who knows if JPL will ever regain form for Buccaneers. Well happy drafting everyone. [Reply]
There are tons of good CBs, but if I'm the Packers, I'm willing to bite the bullet on some top-end athletic traits in exchange for dependability, particularly in the 3rd round like this.

JFC I’d be livid if this happened to us in the real draft. All the 2nd round corners gone before 54 then Averett gets picked two spots ahead of us in round 3?
Ok Chiefs pick is up and just about everybody I was looking at is gone.
The top player on my Chiefs board is an offensive player, which would suck after missing out on our biggest needs (CB, S, and DL) in round 2 also. There’s a safety I like though that would probably be my pick here considering we went OLB with our first pick.
That’s exactly why I would have gone with Bates, but I’m still ok with the Carter pick.
Thank God! I was really looking at DBs here but felt everthing would be quite a reach. Agree that he's a perfect fit for our defense, and frankly that perhaps allows him to contribute right away. Heck, even if he's just a lunch pail kind of D linemen in his first year, it would be a draft success. This is a kid who again has upside, that with coaching will only get better in my opinion. I have 3 guys I like equally and think they can all be stars. I guess need is going to have to be the decision maker here. With David Johnson going into the last year of his rookie deal and coming of IR, the team needs to decide what do do there. When he went down, the team had nobody else to turn to and the offense suffered.
In the Third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, The Arizona Cardinals select:
Kerryon Johnson, RB, Auburn
This kid is really good in all facets of the game and runs like Le’Veon Bell. [Reply]
