Even if a gay-bay land shark walked up and bit his head off, he still drew a flag last year and was a huge part of us missing the SB. Nothing will undo the damage he did to the team.
Looking at the NFL's own rule book, I'd say one official decided to change the outcome of the game because you can't call one and at least not call the other.
Sorry Dee Ford, you should post this image and a copy of the NFL's rule book all over Social Media...
PLAYER ON LINE
Article 2 A Player of Team A is on his line:
(a) when his shoulders face Team B’s goal line, and
(b) if he is the snapper, no part of his body is beyond the line at the snap,
(c) if he is a non-snapper, his helmet must break the vertical plane that passes through the belt line of the snapper.
The blue line isn't official either. You can tell the tv blue line is a bit past the ball. So it's not as egregious as it first appeared. But you know. What's past is past. He gone. Greener pastures and all. [Reply]

The fact is it still stings. And knowing the NFL has built-in buffers of calling things one way, but not the other, still sucks for fans of less-favored teams. Remember the Steeler game a few years back, and all the non-calls we sufferd. Yeah, still stings.
Let's hope drafting Mahomes is the magic that puts us in with the cool "gets calls" (and non-calls) crowd. [Reply]
I heard a story out of camp in San Fran that he lined up off sides and I started to laugh but then I had fucking PTSD and got pissed off all over again... fucking twat [Reply]

But so was Pat missing a wide open Williams in the 1st half for a TD. That's 6 or 7 pts and Ford is not the topic. Everybody is happy saying how great this team is, yadda yadda yadda.
What about the sack Pat took after that missed Williams play, takes us out of FG range. Sure Andy could have went for it. But we make that 3 pts, Ford's play is irrelevant.
What if Brady doesn't throw that Red Zone INT, we lose by more points! Yadda Yadda Yadda....
Damn the " what if " game sure is big when you have 100 + snaps in a game!:-)
Making a mistake in game is not the same as a mental error that costs your team the game.
Dee Ford lined up off-sides because his head was up his ass. The opponent didn't pressure him into it. He didn't miss a sack. We wouldn't be having this conversation if it was something like that. IT's a presnap penalty. An unforced mental error.
Did Mahomes get a delay of game penalty on the final drive? THAT would be comparable. Pointing out bad plays and equating them with a mind melting mental ****-up on the most crucial drive of the game is ****in' retarded man. [Reply]

This! It’s a lack of discipline, not a penalty committed in the heat of the moment. [Reply]
Heard Mitch Morse has another concussion as well. It's funny looking back on the so called "experts" claiming we were dumb for getting rid of both of these turds. [Reply]
