What matters is that the local DA clearly isn't holding any of these defendants on any kind of serious charges.
So it's massively embarrassing for him, but other than that, isn't likely to have serious consequences.
When Irsay was arrested for DUI and having drugs on him, he got a six game suspension and a $500K fine. Those charges would seem more serious than these, unless there is some additional info here, and I hardly care whether he is fined or suspended. [Reply]
