Nzoner's Game Room>Would you trade for Leveon Bell?
-King- 11:37 AM 10-13-2020

The #Jets are, in fact, trying to trade RB Le'Veon Bell, as @MMehtaNYDN reported. He has roughly $6M guaranteed remaining in salary this year. Trade deadline is three weeks from today.

Would be a great rental piece depending on what the Jets are asking for.

OL will be okay in time. Rankins is also coming back and that should help us as seen from his play last year.

The Chiefs don’t have a #2 back right now. They all literally suck ass. Getting bell for a 5th or less with the Jets paying about half his salary this year is a no brainer.

He would fit in nicely here.

If he would accept a reduced role in the interest of winning, I could go for it.

I can see how he would be very helpful in the short passing game.

Fuck it, we are a CEH injury away from big trouble. I guess do it Veach.

I’m more interested in trading for Jason Kelce. I wonder what it would take

I saw that suggestion, it’d be awesome but I don’t think it would happen

Is Bell even healthy? Thought I saw a clip on ESPN that said he was dinged up.

The guy could be your 3rd down back (who is currently Darrel Williams, bleh) and provide a legitimate threat in all three phases...

If they’ll take a day 3 pick or whatever, why not. We will wish we had if CEH goes down for any amount of time.

Otherwise, I want to see what Washington can do.

I thought about this last week...go get Bell then sign Earl later on if needed.

They both gets rings and career resurrection...Chiefs get cheap all-pro, post-season labor. The SB window is now...and never assume it will return.

CEH gets injured or rookie fatigue...KC is screwed.

Veach already kicked the tires on Adrian Peterson...so he's definitely shown they view another RB as a need.

Wait, do the Eagles have Kelce on the block?

Getting Jason Kelce would be just about the best thing that could happen to the OL. But I doubt PHI would trade him. Unless they just give up on the season right now. I mean, aren't they just a game out of first place in their division? They still have a shot at winning the div and going to the playoffs, I think.
