Denise saves Carl.

or......

Fight and body slam Carol when she tries to kill wounded murdering Wolf.
Get's knocked out by Wolf.
Wolf kidnaps Denise and forces her into Zombie swarm.
Wolf gets arm bitten by Zombie then shot by Carol.
Wolf tackles one Zombie as Denise runs to safety.
Therefore Morgans decision to let Wolf live saves Carls life.
