We came into the year with the understanding he would leave after one year.

He helped us win 14 straight.

He took over the Big 12 tournament.

He torched Duke and led us to a Final Four.

I won’t be mad at all if he leaves. I don’t think he has a true position in the NBA (too small to be a 2, not the ball handler to be a 1), but it’s not like that would change with another year or two of college.

I think he should capitalize on that late run he made. No need to risk injury or a down year. Take the money and run.

Kenpom says we've got very little shot of doing anything next year. The rest of the big 12 is the best field of big 12 teams we've ever gone against. Guess we'll just have to wait until 2019-2020.
