No one is trading a 2nd for a player that is owed 21m and 1year.

If Watkins continues to blow up this season and stays healthy, a team will gladly trade a 2nd round pick for a 27-year-old top 10-15 WR. And then extend him to lower his cap hit next season.

i just don’t see how Ramsey makes sense for NE at all

Their secondary is already the best. Are they gonna give up prime assets to make it overkill?

If Watkins continues to play well this year he will want a bigger contract, not to rework his current one. I'm sure he will be ok with staying in KC but only if we pay him the going rate. More than likely he will be looking to move on so he can get some team to pay him like their main offensive weapon. He has to stay healthy all year though.
