I grew up listening to the pop songs my folks played in the 60s and, later, the songs I listened to (and taped off the Top 40 every weekend) on the radio. Even though it isn't something I listen to most of the time, sometimes I get in the mood to listen to upbeat pop songs from that era ('64-'80) so I made a playlist on Spotify.
I've never been a huge fan of Motown or disco and most of the playlists that I found have too much of that in it so I had to make my own. I'm still tweaking it but this is what I have so far. A lot of the songs listed here are on it.

So about 2 weeks on youtube I found an alternate version of I talk to the wind it was a BBC recording
done about the same time album came out.
