We are driving down to KC and I usually go to Gates, but want to try something different this time around.
I'm looking to go to the absolute best BBQ joint in the KC area for dinner tonight and figured you guys would know best. Maybe a few of you want to come out and eat with us.

you should probably grab the sides first via carry out in martin city then swing by Joes KC up on Roe. Joes sides suck for the most part. The onion rings are good and the fries are okay but the other is just meh
Jack Stack has great sides but the meat is somewhat lacking to me personally :-) a bit bland
In recent years some of the the top Texas places easily top the usual KC joints which was not the case before. Wouldn't surprise me at all if the best in KC has had had a similar movement to the more boutique places that are even better. Long ass lines fucking suck though. [Reply]
