2020 potential top picks. 2 pitchers from Georgia, Blaze Jordan (SS) from a HS in Mississippi, Spencer Torkelson from AZ State among others.

The Royals attendance is lower than the minor league soccer teams. Chiefs Country said KC was a baseball town.

I'm sure fans will be more motivated to sit out in the 95 degree heat coming up.

Bought cheapest tickets they had on Saturday. Went down to the lower level under the shade and sat the entire game. $140 tickets for like $22 dollars.

Here's an ESPN article that discusses some of the top prospects.

From the descriptions, I like Emerson Hancock (one of the GA pitchers) or Torkelson the most right now, but a lot can change in a year.

I like the freshman pitcher from Vandy, but I don't think he is eligible for 2 years.

Kumar Rocker?

He’s someone I talked about early in last year’s thread. Big-time frame, velocity and slider.

I was hoping KC would take him and throw enough money at him to make it happen. He was very committed to going to Vandy, though.

That's the best. They need to bring back 5 dollar GA tickets

5th-rder John Rave signs w/@Royals for $297,500 (pick 139 value = $398,800). Illinois State OF, flashes plus-plus speed, starting to turn his power loose, still refining in CF, could be a Brett Gardner type. @MLBDraft

Moose is on ****ing fire with the Brewers at the moment. 7 bombs in the last 9 games.

I saw the other day he has 20 already

But who cares at least we got Jorge Lopez and Bret Phillips. Another dumbass deal by Dayton. It’s the norm.

I thought Moose signed with the Brewers as a free agent this offseason. If so, he could of resigned here. The trade wouldn't of messed that up.

He did. And he could of. But the Brewers wanted him back. They just weren't willing to commit to him long term.

KC resigning him would have been a mistake. If they did, we likely don't see Hunter Dozier get the opportunities he did. Yeah, he's injured right now, but he's a part of the future of this team and needs to play full time. As does O'Hearn, even though he's struggling.
