Kyle was racing him - He did not expect Truex to lose control of his damn car by running out of talent battling for the lead.

If Truex cannot handle his car on this track, then he should race with the likes of the Dillon boys, Kandy, Danica, Jeff Earnhardt (LOL), Menard, and the rest of the field-fillers in the back of the track, collecting a paycheck. :-)
