Remove Kentucky for Florida and that’s 13 of 20.

The idea that small school, cinderellas win the title and basketball has parity as a result is a facade.

The other 7 schools that won?
UK(Blue Blood), Louisville(Borderline Blue Blood), Virginia, Baylor(as close to cinderella as possible), Kansas(Blue Blood), Syracuse(Borderline Blue Blood), Maryland.

Kansas has the most NCAA tournament wins of any school since 2000. Pretty certain they have the most wins overall in that period as well, but would have to check that (only Duke would be in the conversation).

Florida has more titles and one less final four appearance than Kansas.

You counted split titles for football based on final polls. To be consistent you’d have to do the same courtesy for Kansas last year.
