At the end of the day he's a moron. Whatever he does well is erased by the things he does poorly.

He needs to go, he's too old and stubborn to change the things he needs to change to get him to a SB, and maybe win it. From his play calling, to not demanding more out for the defense, to being to silent about problems he then doesn't fix, he's toast.

The only thing saving him is Clark's ego that tells him him to go against the grain of common sense in hopes that he might someday look like he was the smart guy.
