Confirmed, per source, Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill had a posterior SC (sternoclavicular) dislocation which was successfully reduced in the hospital. No surgery required. He will stay overnight.
Um, he's day to day. My best friend's sister's boyfriend's quarterback's girlfriend heard from this coach who knows this assistant who's going with the scout who saw Tyreek pass out at Q39 last night. I guess it's pretty serious.
Danny Amendola had close to the same, if not the same injury as Tyreek, he missed 3 games and also had a bye week. So 4 games tops and he has had no repercussions from the injury. [Reply]
I’m not concerned with Tyreek being out, especially against the teams we will face. Only team that should worry us is Baltimore, but Pat still did well without Kareem and Sammy last year.
Sammy’s last performance was right there with the best performance Tyreek has had in his career. Shady, Williams, Kelce, Hardman, Robinson. We’ve still got as many weapons as any team in the league.
Andy and Pat are a handful for any team alone. We still have a ton of options even without Tyreek. Remember Pat lit up Denver’s starters in his first game with scrubs and Albert Wilson. [Reply]
