Yep. No way will it even resemble the graphic novel since Fox doesn't have the rights to at least half of the main characters from the story. Very curious as to what kind of story they've come up with. [Reply]

I've never read any comic of any kind, so when I hear about a new Marvel or DC film that's based on a comic, I perform my due diligence to find out if the concept seems like a plausible adaptation.
This comic may be the dumbest of all time.
An incestuous Hulk family? More Red Skull (who maybe the most boring villian of all time)? Professor X dying again?

Who reads this crap?
Oh, there are WAY dumber stories out there than OML. :-)
I remember the first time I read it thinking Banner is a super genius and wouldn't procreate with his own family, and then wondering how Hulk chewed up and digested an adamantium skeleton? I will say I enjoyed the rest of it though - Logan refusing to be "Wolverine" and use his claws after he slaughtered all the X-Men, the travel across country with a blind Hawkeye, finding all the Avengers loot....but yeah, Red Skull just doesn't do it for me. Like that he chopped his head off, though. Lol
This movie will be Old Man Logan in name only, and that's probably a good thing because I really don't know how that story would translate to live action big screen even if Fox had access to all the characters it needed(READ: it wouldn't). I won't lie, I'm curious to see what they come up with. [Reply]
Given how old Logan appears in the screenshots, and how slow he ages (Present day Logan looks like maybe 5-10 years older than the Wolverine in WWII), wouldn't this have to take place 70-120 years in the future? Or is his aging accelerating? [Reply]
